Progressive Blackjack Rules

The game play rules for Microgaming's Triple 7's Blackjack game state that when played with perfect strategy the House Edge will be 0.59%. The number of decks used in the shoe is 5. When dealt a Soft 17 the Dealer will Stand his hand.
